It was a fun, busy, hectic day at the Pool today. Sam (Sister Rey) was rocking out again, the weather was perfect, and nobody had anything better to do than hang out with their kids, or with a drink in their hand.
I'm looking at a new RV and a new site!

It's been an interesting couple of days at the pool. One of the owners, a bitchy old lady, became offended when I asked to see her pool pass wristband.
So she sent her husband after me. He got in my face and apparently didn't like the look in my eyes, and backed down.
Today, it happened again, and I called him an asshole. He had two choices, one was to attack me, and I really wish he had, or to walk away like a coward, saying he was going to report me to management. He chose the latter.
I had already been in contact with my boss, and she told me not to speak to them again and she would handle it. Damn, it's been a long time since I've had the opportunity to physically hurt someone.
Meanwhile, I was chatting with AI tonight about my past computer life in the 70's and 80's, and it generated this.
All I wanted for my last birthday was a trip to a shoe store. It never happened and now I'm just embarrassed. This is all I have to wear.
This is what happens when my coworkers grab most of the shifts, I have to go the Park and take stupid pictures.
I think electricity generating windmills are a scourge of mankind on the earth, and should be ripped from the ground and converted to scrap metal.
Here's my collection of windmill Crushers.
Went out to the wooden walkway that overlooks Long Pond today, and a very friendly turtle was making eye contact and showing off. I was there for alligators, but I'll settle for this cutie.
I sent my best Big Lagoon photos off to a lady named Emily, at the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Recreation and Parks. The nice young guy at the entrance shack saw a couple of them yesterday, and gave me her card.
She liked them a whole lot, and I just filled out a release form she sent me. Maybe they'll make it into their publications some day, and that would be cool.
In the meantime I'll keep taking photos at the Park until I can't, and I have a great audience now other than this blog.
Took these shots today at Big Lagoon State Park.
This was taken from the little bridge over the lake in the middle of the Park, called Long Pond. The signs say there are alligators there also. I'll work on it...
